The challenge
A large insurance company based in Central London runs regular town hall meetings to keep its internal teams aligned. These sessions are critical, with staff joining both in-room and from offices across the globe.
Following Covid, the client had an existing system in place for live broadcasts, but it was unreliable and increasingly stressful to manage. Technical issues were common, confidence in the setup was low, and each town hall felt higher risk than it should have been.
The concern was simple but important: if the broadcast failed, the message would not land, and the experience for remote teams would suffer.
Our approach
PSA was recommended to the client by an existing contact. While there was some initial hesitation about working with a new supplier, the priority was to stabilise the setup and remove the pressure from the internal team.
We began with a detailed site visit to understand the space, the existing infrastructure, and how the town halls were being delivered. From there, we designed a cost-effective, streamlined solution that focused on reliability, quality, and ease of use.
Our team took full control of the production, allowing the client to focus on content and delivery rather than technical concerns.

Typical attendance now includes around 75 people in the room, with 300+ joining online.

On one occasion, the preferred streaming platform failed just ten minutes before the event was due to start. Our team quickly switched to an alternative platform, distributed new access details, and delivered the broadcast without disruption. The event went ahead as planned, with no compromise to the experience.
Feedback from the client has been consistently positive, and the relationship has grown into an ongoing partnership. PSA continues to support their regular company updates, taking responsibility for the live production and removing the stress that previously sat with the internal team.
