Backing Bassingbourn Apaches U12s This Season

This season, PSA is supporting Bassingbourn Apaches U12s in the Royston Crow League Division 3.

We’ve provided the team with new PSA jackets for training sessions and match days. Anyone who’s spent time on the sidelines in winter will know how important that is. Cold evenings, early kick-offs and unpredictable weather are all part of the reality of grassroots sport.

Football at this level isn’t about headlines or trophies. It’s about consistency. Turning up. Listening. Learning. Working together. It’s about players developing confidence, understanding responsibility and building friendships that often last far beyond a single season.

It also depends heavily on the people behind it. Coaches who give up their time. Parents who organise lifts, wash kits and stand in all conditions. Volunteers who keep everything moving quietly in the background. Without them, it simply doesn’t run.

That kind of environment builds resilience. It teaches young people how to handle pressure, how to communicate and how to respect a team structure. Those lessons carry far beyond the pitch.

As a business, PSA works behind the scenes to make sure things operate smoothly. We understand the importance of preparation, teamwork and showing up consistently. Supporting a local team like the Apaches felt aligned with that mindset.

We’re pleased to play a small part in their season and will be following their progress in the Royston Crow League.

We wish the players and coaches a strong finish to the year.
